Dear Guests,

The following rules apply to the rental of our apartments:

§ 1 Rental Object and Keys

1.1 We rent the apartment for the period and number of persons specified in the binding confirmation. If you wish to change the period or the number of persons, this must be clarified in advance.

1.2 The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

1.3 If the cleaning is unsatisfactory, you have the right to request rectification, provided you notify us immediately upon arrival.

1.4 You will receive one front door/apartment key for the duration of your rental.

§ 2 Arrival and Departure

2.1 The apartment can be occupied flexibly from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If there is no change of tenants on the same day, an earlier time can be arranged.

2.2 You will find the keys in a key safe next to the entrance door. The code for the safe will be provided with your booking confirmation.

2.3 Please note that due to cleaning or the departure of previous guests, there may occasionally be delays in accessing your holiday apartment.

2.4 On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest. If you wish to stay longer on the day of departure, please arrange this in advance.

2.5 After the rental period ends, please leave the apartment cleared, broom-clean, in an orderly condition, and return the keys to the safe.

§ 3 Rental Price and Payment Method

3.1 The total rental price is itemized in detail in the attached binding booking confirmation.

3.2 The amount must be paid in cash, by credit card, or via PayPal before occupying the apartment or must have been received in the landlord's account at the start of the rental.

§ 4 Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay

4.1 Based on our positive experiences, we do not charge a cancellation fee. However, we kindly ask for your fairness, i.e., not to reserve the apartment "just in case" and to inform us promptly if a cancellation becomes necessary.

4.2 If no cancellation is made and you do not arrive, the full rent is due, excluding the cleaning fee.

4.3 If you terminate your stay early, you remain obligated to pay the full rental price. Please contact me beforehand if needed, and we can find an individual solution.

4.4 Cancellations must be made in writing.

§ 5 Liability and Tenant Obligations

5.1 Please handle the apartment, including the furniture and other items within it, with care.

5.2 Please report any existing damages immediately.

5.3 If a glass or plate breaks, it is not a problem, but please inform me before your departure so I can arrange for a replacement.

5.4 In the case of significant damage to the apartment or furnishings caused by negligence, the damage must be compensated.

5.5 In the event of key loss, the costs of replacement must be covered.

5.6 Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

5.7 Smoking is not permitted in or around the apartment.

§ 6 Written Form, Severability Clause

6.1 Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or unenforceable, or become so after the contract has been concluded, the validity of the contract as a whole shall not be affected.

6.2 In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, the valid and enforceable regulation shall apply that comes closest to the economic intent pursued by the parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision.

§ 7 Jurisdiction

7.1 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the parties is Frankfurt. German law applies.
